A still cider from the Finger Lakes that is treated like a Basque sidra. Absolutely great example of the style with briney, wild fermented levity. This is the freshest example of the Basque style you’re gonna, doesn’t need to be shipped transatlantically after all. Blackduck uses all the fruit grown or foraged in the Finger Lakes. All natural fermentation, no additives (even no added sulfites), and not filtered or fined. These are straight up natural ciders. - Tristen Gild
