Champagne estate dating back to 1799, adopting organic and biodynamic agriculture in 2000. The Tradition is 65% Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay made with native yeast fermentation and given 3 to 4 years aging on the lees before disgorgement. Extra Brut style, given only the tiny dosage of 5 grams of sugar at bottling.
