Partly a blending of different plots, Natal is augmented with a portion of fruit from a single unique vineyard making for an incredibly honest wine that over delivers for its price point. Full bodied and dry, with sturdy notes of coffee, dark cherry, stewed plums, and graphite. This wine is right at home with a hearty meal—think cassoulet or white beans au vin. - Matt Dowden
