Californian orange wine from a naturally working winery. Cortese vines planted on sandstone soils from Fox Hill Vineyards in the Russian River Valley. Fermentation is with ambient yeasts and the skins macerate for 8 weeks for an deeply orange wine. Fermentation takes place in polyethylene and neutral barrels and the aging all in polyethylene tanks. No filtering or fining, nothing added, not even sulfites.
