An aromatic orange wine of the indigenous Italian varieties: Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Moscato. The grapes are all farmed organically as bush vines. The fermentation is with native yeasts and the skins are left to macerate for 10 days. The grapes are harvested a bit early retain higher acidity to balance the tannins of the skin contact. No sulfur added.
