The “JJ “ is a young-vine bottling - 100% sourced from Goldtröpfchen... named after his son "Johann Josef" - though this is also the name of his grandfather, and his great grandfather, etc. For an American perspective, it probably is also a nice allusion to the "J.J. Prum" - and that ultra-light style is similar.
