Gorgeous Pinot Noir from biodynamic grapes grown in the Adelaide Hills. Wonderful cherry, blackberry and cranberry notes and light herbality of rhubarb and lavender, this is an exceptional Pinot for the price, if it was from Burgundy it would easily be twice the price and as good as any other New World Pinot Noir we work with from Oregon, California, New York and Chile. Native yeast fermentation, no fining and the only addition is a small amount of sulfites for stability.
