Lightly macerated Muller-Thurgau grapes from both the estate vineyard and some friend's plots, both in Baden and the Mosel. All orgnically grown grapes, native yeast fermentation, no fining, and no sulfur added until a pinch a bottling. Aromatic, mild tannins, very clean but good intro to 'orange' wine without being overwhelmingly bitter.
