A chillable, cherry-toned delight of low-intervention Pinot from one of our favorite New York wineries. A light red of Pinot Noir, light even for the variety overall to a degree that it veers near to dark rose. Absolutely in a summer wine style, utterly crushable. Ecologically minded vineyard sources with fermentation by wild yeasts, no filtering or fining and only addition being a small amount of sulfites for stability in bottle. -Tristen Gild
