A fantastic light red from the south of France. A blend of red organically grown 55% Syrah, 30% Grenache, and 15% Pinot Noir. Hand harvested grapes and all destemmed before ferment. Traditonal fermentation with native yeasts. Lightly filtered and a small sulfur additions at bottling. The very definition of a glou-glou red that can be drunk with a decent chill.
