Burgundian Pinot from biodynamic vineyards. Every inch a great representation of the region as well as natural winemaking. The vineyard is younger, just for 2001 but has never been treated with synthetics. Nothing was added save a small sulfur addition, fermented with native yeasts and no filtering.
