Muller-Thurgau fermented on the skins for 25 days! Aromatic and tannic, notes of dried flowers, stone fruits, and tea. An ever-so-faint pinkish hue from the natural color of the variety's skins. The fruit was destemmed prior to crushing and allowed to spontaneously ferment. Aged in steel tanks. No filtering or fining, bottled with only a touch of sulfites.
