A can of wine perfect for taking with you on a hike. A lighter red made with plantings of the heritage Califorian grapes Carignan and Valdiguie with a touch of Syrah. The fruit is fermented with native yeasts, some of the fruit semi-carbonic for fruit forward flavor. No filtering of fining, and nothing added save small amount sulfites.
