10X's Distilled Non-GMO Corn, brought down to 80 proof with the purest of water from the Catskill Mountains in Upstate NY. On the nose there is a sweet delicate smell of buttery corn with just a hint of pepper and  creamy vanilla. On the palate it starts out sweet and spicy but quickly turns to a sweet soft chocolatey corn with a lingering sweet soft creamy finish.
