Coffee is a fruit, and every year, millions of tons of it are wasted in order to extract the bean at its center. Good Vodka is distilled entirely from that discarded fruit–specifically, the fleshy, sweet pulp–redirecting it from landfills and waterways where it would otherwise rot into greenhouse emissions. This gives every bottle of Good Vodka a carbon footprint of -15.76 kgco2e–the equivalent offset of a gasoline-powered car driving 40 miles. This bottling is sourced from smallholder farms in the Caldas region of Colombia.
