Crafted one batch at a time at our barn in the Catskills, this gin will make you wish you had someone to drink it with. We distill, bottle, and ship each order ourselves. Sure, it gets lonely, but someone has to do it.

We tweaked our botanical blend and added an infusion of loose-leaf Earl Grey tea, raw honey from the bee hives at our distillery, and spring water from the hillside behind our barn. Think juniper on the nose, with bergamot from the Earl Grey in the body, and a spicy/sweet finish from the raw honey and cubeb on the tongue. - Bovina Spritis
