Made w/ locally grown Wapsie Valley Heirloom Corn, Rye and Barley. One of a kind single barrel bourbon made with 100% NYS ingredients. Aged in brand new oak casks from the Adirondacks for pure New York distinction. Aged minimum of 12 months. 45% ABV
